Full description
This fused glass scene is made with a hand-cut fused glass base, which has been coloured with glass powders in various shades of blue and down to the bottom in white. Then, the trees were hand-cut in shades of green and tack-fused to the base to give a 3D effect. A small snowman was added at this firing, as well as dichroic frit and essence, to provide the piece with Christmas sparkle. A third firing gave it the S-shape, making it a free-standing. The piece is approximately 23cm long, 10cm high, and 4cm deep
