At this workshop you will be shown how to make a traditional Dorset button known as a Singleton. We will use pieces of Liberty lawn material and then finish the button with coloured stitches around the edge to compliment the print. The 32mm button can be finished off and used as a button or converted into a pretty brooch.
No previous experience is required and the workshop is suitable for all ages.
All materials will be supplied.
The workshop will be held on Saturday, 9th November 2024 from 10.30 - 12.00 at The Old Chapel, 59 Main Road, Tolpuddle, Dorchester DT2 7ET
All materials and refreshments included in the cost.
