Full description
This kit is for a contemporary take on the traditional Dorset Knob button.
You are provided with all the materials needed and full instructions to work three different coloured Dorset knob style ornaments. The knobs are worked in cotton thread over felt balls and are completed with metal hanging caps.
Once finished the knobs can be strung as a garland or used individually. When I have shown these stung as a garland the comment often made is that they look like fairy lights, and someone once asked if they used batteries - they don’t!
The kit contains - 3 x felt balls
- 3 x toning coloured cotton thread bundles
- 3 x metal hanging caps
- a suitable needle
And full instructions with words and pictures.
A random selection of 3 different colours will be provided.
