Full description
This little purse, pouch, bag, call it what you like, could have a variety of uses. As a make up bag, Jewellery bag, for coins for the locker, tickets, ear buds, credit cards, lipstick, teabag, female sanitary items, gift bag, and I am sure many other ideas.
It is made of two polycotton fabrics, one a navy blue with a ditsy print in orange and green (left over from a dress made some years ago) , and the other a plain pale green (from a new but unused pillowcase) . The patchwork is all handsewn but the assembly of the bag has been done on a sewing machine. Fully lined in the pale green, edged with lace and fastening with a matching button.
Costing less than a couple of lattes (incl postage) this would make an ideal inexpensive gift for a friend, relation or teacher.
