Full description
A unique baby dress. It is reversible, so if you are out somewhere special and it gets soiled, you can just turn it inside out, rethread the ties, and it looks perfect again. Made in handsewn patchwork using pretty pastel fabrics, including a Laura Ashley print and squares in plain pastel cottons. It also features a waistband and straps with poppers in different positions, to allow for baby's growth.
One side of the dress has the skirt in patchwork squares of lilac, pink, white and cream, with the bib in plain lilac and the straps and edging in the Laura Ashley material. The other side of the dress has the skirt in a pastel striped fabric and the bib in the Laura Ashley material.
Size of the dress ( all measurements approximate) -
Length of skirt : 10 inches (25cm)
Waist tightest fastening : 18 inches ( 46cm)
Waist loosest fastening : 21 inches (52 cm)
Full length 14 inches (36 cm ) to 15.5 inches (39 cm), depending on which fastening used and whether they are crossed at the back or not.
Would look equally good over a jumper or T shirt or blouse ( not included )
