As a book lover myself I really wanted to try to create some unique bookmarks, I will never recreate one – mostly because I do not keep the technical information of them.
Each bookmark started as an idea of a pattern I wanted to try on a small scale and from colours I already have in my yarn collection. This does mean that not all of them have lambswool in the weft, but the warp always will be.

Full description
Handwoven fringed bookmark made with a high quality ecru lambs wool warp and a fancy yarn weft, the details of the yarn create a pattern of wavy lines running up the length of the fabric. The structural pattern is diamonds and zig-zags
A bit thicker than a standard card bookmark, but lovely and soft with a bit of texture.
An ideal gift for any book lover!
