Full description
Gouache on artist-quality paper cut to the standard ACEO size of 3.5 x 2.5 inches. Unframed but supplied with a clear-fronted plastic sleeve for protection.
Surrounded by water on three sides the Rhins peninsula leads you to the isolated lighthouse at the Mull of Galloway, south-west Scotland. Known for being a very windy place, there was no hope of painting this one on the day I went; a sketch had to suffice.
Painted to emphasise the huge pile of cumulus clouds as well as the tall tower.
Designed by Christine Derrick
