I have always enjoyed making these little fellows, they just are happy all the time! Whenever I walk past them, it does make me smile. So, making an item which brings a little happiness into people's lives are a good thing to do.

Gonks.
Delightful little characters who sit on your shelves and make people smile.
Standing around 4-6 inches tall. All of mine are made from Hardwoods of diverse types and given different hats.
I like to make each one an individual.
This one is around 4 inches tall, has a Cherry hardwood body, with dark cherry shaped hat. He is adorned with a brown, long reddish beard. His nose is made from Ash.
I make all the wooden part myself on my lathe. Great fun to produce and everyone seems to love them!
I have not named him yet, thats for you to do!
