Full description
An adorable fox having a snooze. This sleeping fox has been sculpted with a needle felting technique using woollen fibres and a barbed felting needle. The basic shape has been formed using white woollen fibres and a fox coloured top coat added. His legs and bushy tail have been made over a wire former and attached to the body along with the ears. Horse hair whiskers have been added. The fox has then been mounted on a wooden oval covered in artificial grass.
This fox model measures approximately 14cm (long) x 11cm (deep) and is 7.5cm high. The mount is a 15cm x 9cm oval.
Please note: this fox is an ornamental item, it is not intended as a toy. Whilst it is fairly robust it will not withstand rough handling and it contains wire and fine woollen fibres that could represent a hazard to young children.
