I’ve recently discovered a love for making bags. My mum wanted a bag for carrying her iPad tablet when on holiday, so I created this design and loved the style so much, that I have since created other fabric combinations.
What I like the most about this bag is the the depth to it and how much you can fit inside. Rather than it being a flat bag, there’s a three dimensional element to the design, due to the gusset insert in the middle of the bag. I also love the curved corners, which I feel softens the overall appearance and adds a feminine feel to the design.

A traditional but stylish handmade Harris Tweed satchel bag. Inside is a spacious interior, ideal for carrying a laptop, tablet or books. As well as, your phone, pens and notepad. Or use as an alternative handbag. This satchel is a multifunctional bag, which can be worn as a crossbody or on the shoulder due to the adjustable strap.
Lined with a sumptuous cotton Japanese fabric, which has beautiful flying cranes on a background of rich blue, burgundy and gold tones.
The three slip pocket compartments inside are ideal for storing your phone, keys, makeup, pens.
There’s an antique brass magnetic clasp on a black leather buckle to keep the bag closed and your items secure.
