CHRISTMAS 2024: Please order in plenty of time for the festive period. Royal Mail advises the last dates for posting will be 21st December for the U.K. (Royal Mail Tracked 24) and the end of November for International. I will continue posting after these dates, but there will be less chance of the artwork arriving by Christmas if ordered after these dates.
If you are buying artwork as a gift, I can gift wrap the painting and send it on to the recipient. Just send me the details at checkout.
Prior to posting, framed paintings will be covered with glassine paper before being carefully encased in a protective wrap. Wherever possible, I reuse internal wrapping materials I have collected. The painting will then be secured in a heavy duty mailing box. For unframed artworks, the paintings will be mailed in a reinforced, hard backed envelope.

Full description
This is an original, mounted Scottish landscape painting. I've used thick layers of paint to create texture and depth, making the scene come alive with light and colour. The blue sky and white clouds contrast with the green hills and fields, creating a sense of distance and perspective. The bales of hay add a touch of rural charm and warmth to the middle ground. The foreground is filled with patches of wildflowers, adding a splash of vibrancy and contrast to the painting.
