I have had these Snowflake obsidian chips in my stash for quite some time. I bought them at a jewellery making fair in Brighton. A friend gave me some silver coloured necklace connectors and I had the inspiration to put them all together using knitted wire techniques. I am drawn to Steam Punk influenced jewellery and I feel this cool bracelet fits that description.

Full description

This cool, slightly Steam-Punk influenced three stranded bracelet is formed of a garter stitch knitted strand threaded with Snowflake Obsidian chips, a Viking Knit strand in black enamelled copper wire and a garter stitch knitted strand also made from black enamelled copper wire. The strands are joined together with silver coloured end caps, small silver coloured beads, silver coloured connectors and a diamante silver coloured magnetic clasp, making putting on the bracelet super easy. Viking knitting is a lovely, easy process, which, according to Google, is 2000 years older than knitting and crochet. The bracelet measures 7"/ 18cm long and approximately 1"/ 2.5cm wide.
