My inspiration came from the fabulous remnant of vintage floral fabric I was gifted and the result a couple of stunning floral ruffle trim cushion covers.

A beautiful vintage decorative floral cushion in a gorgeous floral fabric from I believe Jonelle which depicts flowers, trailing foliage and petals in a soft mustard, blue, pink and green.
I had just enough fabric to make this oblong shaped cushion cover along with a round cushion cover, which is available to purchase. I used the floral fabric for the front of the cushion cover, a striped ticking fabric in the back along with a zip and my makers label and added a generous mustard and cream patterned ruffle frill along with a dusky pink piped trim.
The finished cushion cover measures approx 17 inches by 13 inches , excluding the ruffle and approx 20 inches by 16 inches including the ruffle. This listing is for the rectangular shaped cover only. You will need a 17 inch by 13 inch cushion pad for this cover.
Spot clean or hand wash. Cool iron.
