Full description
This unique handsome light pull pendant, hand made in my workshop on Sanday, Orkney, is supplied with 600mm of white cord so it's very easy to attach to your switch. Made using 4 different species of wood (from top to bottom, cocobolo, padauk, acacia and oak), glued seamlessly together and turned to shape on my lathe. The colours of the wood are all natural - I haven't used any dyes or stains. The oak section at the lower end was part of an old whiskey barrel stave, and still has the black stain caused when the cooper charred the inside of the barrel. The pendant is 95mm long and 20mm wide.
