Full description

Mole much preferred living in his old boot he stumbled across in the field. " The little foot that lost this boot" he said "is definately my gain. And he lived toastely ever after.

This Piece is set in an 1897 to 1910 antique childs leather boot. Mole is hand and machine stiched and hand painted in unbleached cotton. Mole is wearing a forest green jumper and hat. His boots are made of powder blue velvet. On the boot is a rusty pin with all of moles necessaries , cup and saucer, kettle, scissors and clock. A raspberry is perched on the front and a little handmade oil lamp on a stick dances at the back. This piece is made to look aged and worn so i have left much of the leather as it is.

A lovely gift to someone who loves fairytales and magical things.

This piece measures:18 x 0 cm approx

N.B.This is not a toy and is unsuitable for small children.
