When I first started blacksmithing, I tried making a Thor s hammer pendant and I found it so challenging that I gave up on it for years. At our early days working together, my husband and I where historical re-enactors and occasionally traded our work. This is one of my favourite designs. It is both modern and historical. The ridge on the middle is something we designed and the handle wrapped around to form the bail is historical.

Full description
This Mjolnir pendant has been individually hand forged out of pure iron and blackened in the fire the surface of this pendant is unique and witness to the methods of its creation. The simple but beautiful modern design makes this pendant stand out.
This Thor's hammer has been secured onto a leather cord with knots, to stop it sliding about as well as to reflect the way the handle wraps onto itself. The knots at the back can be slid to adjust the height at which the pendant is worn.

Each iron Mjolnir pendant is forged to order by hand, so very small changes in size, shape and texture may occur from the pendant photographed here.
The length of the necklace is adjustable from 27 inches down to 15 inches.

Surface: Black colour, Traditionally oil quenched and waxed hot with home made beeswax polish.
Ready for gifting, presented in a recyclable card gift box.
