I've found that wearing it on my middle finger, saves me having to tangle my little finger and stops the cramp I was getting with my crochet.
I've sold lots of the original and a number of these - check my Instagram highlights to see how people use theirs.
I'd love you to share a photo of your #HookerRing in action too because it's really interesting how people wear them differently- on their leading hand, or not and turned in or out.
These aren't hallmarked, as they are below the threshold of 7.78g that's the legal requirement for Assay here in the UK.
Safety information
The sterling I use is supplied by a UK manufacturer as fully recycled with a minimum fineness of 92.5% silver; the remaining element of the alloy being copper. Copper items are 100% copper Within my making process I use food grade citric acid, vegan polishes, Liver of Sulphur, food grade Sodium Bicarbonate, Renaissance Wax finally cleaning each item with tap water and ‘Simple’ branded face soap. Each piece I make will stand up to regular wear, but, as with all jewellery, please keep it away from children, don’t eat it, remove it before washing, using chemicals, applying perfume etc. Apply body lotion and perfume a few minutes before putting on your jewellery to help slow down tarnish. The gemstones I use have been sold to me by reputable UK dealers as untreated (unless stated specifically in the listing). They are a natural, organic creation from the earth and each one will be slightly different. It's law in the UK, that precious metals for sale, heavier than 7.78grams (silver) / 1gram (gold) must be formally assayed (ie tested, verified & hallmarked)

Full description
This listing is for an individually, handcrafted, solid sterling silver, fully adjustable HookerRing to reduce cramp and aid by regulating tension from the yarn ball to the work.
(See my other listings for other variants ) - this style has a much larger yarn loop, so that when using super chunky/bulky yarn, particularly including when using multiple strands as one, they can all flow at the same pace through the ring.
Photographed with a 'regular' HookerRing as sold in my other listings, and with both a single strand of BFL ultra chunky and then that strand doubled up (yarn from www.KosyKitchenFibres.com). As you can see one of the 'regular' HookerRings will accommodate yarn suitable for 7-9mm hooks, but occasionally people have asked me for larger loops.
You can order to suit your finger so
Small: adjustable up to to a K, set at about UK D (USA 2)
Standard: adjustable from UK D to Q, set at about UK G (USA 3.75)
Large: Adjustable up to Zplus1, set at about UK R (USA 8.75)
Extra Large are available and also adjustable, but I make these to order: please order Large, and tell me in the message to seller the size you need
