Hello and welcome to my shop.
I've always loved making things and worked as a Graphic Designer for over twenty years. Nowadays I experiment with fabric, paints, embroidery, beads and collage. I particularly enjoy combining different materials and patterns to create colourful, unique mixed media pieces.

Full description
This pretty handmade lavender bag, handcrafted card and matching tag would make a lovely gift for Mothers Day.
The lavender bag has been decorated with a section of embroidered Indian trim which I've hand stitched onto cotton fabric. I've used batik fabric for the reverse and added a couple of ceramic beads to the hanging loop.
The bag measures approx. 11cm square.
The card has a little collage embellished with laser cut wooden flowers. I've used papers from old books to create the leaves and purple flowers. Metallic gold origami paper has been used for the vase and the flowers have gold sequin centres to add a bit of sparkle.
The card is approx 15 x 10.5cm and is blank inside. The gift tag is 4.5 x 9cm.
The items will be sent Royal Mail, second class large letter.
