I’m always trying to think of new ways of using old parts that are destined for the scrap, this idea came to me when I saw spark plugs made into bottle openers – I used to keep a bottle opener on my key ring!

Full description
An unusual gift for the motor enthusiast, a key ring made from an old spark plug. I have machined a short piece of 10mm diameter aluminium rod to screw onto the spark plug and cross drilled it to accept a split key ring. After assembly with Loctite, they have then been cleaned and polished to a nice shine. I have made several of these and the brand and type of spark plug may vary.
