Thank you for visiting Looney Spoons! I've got spoons for all occasions and budgets, and since I hand stamp each and every letter myself - if you don't see exactly what you want, just ask me to stamp it for you. Personalisation makes a gift extra-special.
My prices haven't increased since 2021 and will remain fixed until the end of the year. I haven't increased my postage in line with the latest price hike either; it will remain fixed until the end of the year too. I always combine the postage no matter how many spoons you purchase... AND there are lots of bargains in the Bargain Bin already, with plenty more to come. I would like everyone in the UK to find a spoon in their stocking on Christmas morning!
Please note I'll be shutting the shop for my Christmas break on FRIDAY 13 DECEMBER - well before Royal Mail's last posting dates - so don't leave it too late to order your festive spoons. I'll be reopening on Monday 6 January.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
A vintage teaspoon with 'oh f--kitea' stamped in lower case lettering in the bowl. The perfect gift for a tea lover with a rich vocabulary.
I will send you (by first class post) the spoon shown in the photographs. It is old (I think 1940s), around 12.5cm long, and has some residual tarnish on the handle (probably removeable with silver polish if you'd like your sweary spoon to be shinier, although as it's alloy rather than silverplated it's never going to come up to a mirror finish). The lettering is inked in black with a water-based, non-toxic pigment. Hand washing will prolong the pigment life compared with shoving it in a dishwasher, although of course you can do that if you want to. The lettering is stamped into the metal so it's not going anywhere.
There is a whole collection of other rude sweary spoons in my Folksy shop and if you have a favourite rude word you would like me to stamp on a spoon for you (or for your annoying relative, d-ckhead colleague or nightmare neighbour) do get in touch to discuss it!
