Full description
This lovely little trinket bowl has been made from cotton rope, which has been coiled and formed into a bowl shape whilst being stitched on my sewing machine. During this process, sections of the rope have been wrapped with strips of fabric, adding pretty stripes to the finished dish. The rope is a lovely mustard colour, and the fabric is a pretty patchwork floral print in lovely shades of cream, pink, beige and grey-green. The dish has been finished with a decorative loop and two wooden buttons, one on the inside and one on the outside of the bowl. The natural wood buttons are inscribed with the words “Handmade with love” and two tiny hearts.
This lovely little shallow bowl can be used to store all sorts of small knick-knacks, or just left empty as decorative ornament. It would make a lovely gift, perhaps for a new home.

6 inches (15cm) diameter x 1.5 inches (4cm) high
