Full description
A beautiful yew wood pen, hand made on Orkney, I have shaped the barrels so that the widest points are towards the end of the pen, giving a subtle shift to the balance of the pen away from the centre. Made in my studio overlooking the beach, the rose-gold colour of the tip, clip centre band and top finial compliment the light tan colour of the wood, which also has dark lines and patches of spalting in the grain.
The pen uses a Cross refill (black ink supplied) which is easily changed by simply pulling both ends of the pen apart and unscrewing the end of the now exposed refill. The writing nib is propelled and retracted by rotating both halves of the pen in opposite directions.
Post and packing is included in the price.
