A hand stamped vintage silver-plated dessert spoon with the words 'THERE IS NO WASHING UP FAIRY!' in the bowl along with a teetering pile of teacups. It's a nice shiny spoon with a floral detail on the handle, measuring approximately 18cm long. Ideal for dropping a hint to that person who never does the dishes! Especially relevant at Christmas and other special occasions...
This listing is for ONE spoon. You will receive the spoon shown in the photographs. The lettering is coloured with a non-toxic, water-based acrylic ink. Wash carefully by hand as the colour is not indestructible - the lettering, however, is stamped into the metal and should last pretty much as long as the spoon does.
Please note this is a vintage spoon (I think from the 1960s) so it has wear marks in accordance with its age. This spoon has been around a bit and has character. It's a survivor. If you were looking for a mirror-finished brand new spoon, this isn't one.
