I was looking at all my paintings recently and realised I didn’t have any smaller works so I set to work and painted a few in a series. This is one of my first. I hope you like it!

This is a small but mighty watercolour of a small harbour with colourful boats in the foreground.
I think this works because the boats draw the eye around to the harbour wall and then onto the houses in the background.
I think the colours work so well together. I really was pleased with this smaller painting.
