I have made lots of cute cute little hedgehogs in different themes and thought it would be fabulous to try other animals and I love this cute little elephant pattern.

Meet Ellie the elephant, my latest crochet mini animal mixed media sculpture. Ellie is crocheted using gorgeous mercerised cotton yarns. She is standing on an air dry clay hand painted log slice which is decorated with an air dry clay toadstool and little clay painted forget me nots and reindeer moss.
Ellie is also holding a little bunch of forget me nots.
She is standing beneath a bunch of wired crocheted forget me nots which can be gently moved in to other positions.
The log slice measure approximately 12cm in diameter and the whole piece measure approximately 19cm at its highest point.
