I have always loved incorporating hearts and love symbols in my work. It draws inspiration from Welsh love spoons and obviously my Scottish heritage and upbringing.
My work is always created with recycled materials and important to me to repurpose the raw materials that are often discarded.
The piece comes in a pillow box with a card with details of all the 'ingredients' that went into making it. All outer packaging is reused and postage within the UK is included in the price.

Full description
Sceptre Brooch from repurposed and recycled materials, made by me, Alison Bailey Smith in Wirral in the North West of England. In this piece, I have re-used wire from a picture frame, a found washer, a repurposed gem, wire reclaimed from television sets, floristry wire and bought lacquered wire in blues and green.
I recently reworked the piece added the colours around the edge. The piece is 9cm x 3.5cm
Sold in a sturdy recycled box, with branded backing card and ingredients card
