I am committed to promoting a greener, more sustainable world through mindful craftsmanship, responsible sourcing, and environmental consciousness. My goal is to create products that inspire while minimizing ecological impact.
Core Principles
1. Eco-friendly Materials: I source materials that have previously had a different function and now discarded.
2. Reduced Waste: I use "waste' materials from home and studio plus receive donations from local groups. I use processes to minimise scrap and waste during production and retain scraps for reuse and dispose of waste responsibly. Just because I use waste plastic, metal and fabric, I am not to be wasteful with this resource.
3. Local Sourcing: I try to use UK suppliers only for my findings and auxiliary wires & buy in bulk where possible to reduce carbon footprint for delivery. I use FREEGLE to source specific items I need for my products and ONLINE RETURN warehouses and secondhand shops for display materials.

Full description
Copper and crystal drop earrings - repurposed materials. I made the detailed wire part around elements of a donated necklaces in 2024 and adapted in 2025 by adding "crystals" or cut glass repurpose from old necklaces. Some of the wire I have used is recycled. the drop is 7.5 cm.
Presented in a firm car box with velvet backing E 60/24
