Full description
Corfu necklace.
I've crocheted the flower in a denim blue yarn that was varigated, so the very centre has a little dove grey splash. The felt backing is a wool blend felt, in turquoise, and has been cut to extend past the flower so it peeks out. The thread colour I've used for this matches the front yarn as closely as possible, so stitches are visible on the back (see photo).
This is then handstitched onto an inky blue thin waxed cotton cord, with adjustable slip knots and trimmed with turquoise crackle glass beads at the end.
Wear as a choker, or extend to full length. This gorgeous necklace simply slips over your head (when you've loosened it enough to do so) so there are no fiddly hooks and catches.
The pendant isn't circular but is approximately 4.5cm diameter.
Cord has a maximum circumference of 80cm. Simply pull the ends to adjust it to your preferred length.
These necklaces work very well layered, mixing different to create a bit of boho chic.
