Smocking a curved piece for the flap of this purse was a challenge but the end result is a useful and unique piece.

Full description
This beautiful one-off silk clutch bag features a flap with a hand smocked curved design and is all hand finished including the silk covered fastening snaps.
The fabric is a pale green Dupion silk and the smocking stitches worked in a closely matched rayon thread.
The bag measures 17 cm wide x 14 cm high and 3 cm deep. It easily holds the essentials including a phone, key and lipstick! It is perfect for a special occasion.
