Full description

These studs are reserved for Teresa but if you like what you see drop me a message - its what she did.

Round studs measure 12 by 13mm and are approx 5mm thick (excluding post and scroll), post is mounted centrally.

Oblong studs measure 20mm by 8mm and are approx 4mm thick (excluding post and scroll), post is mount approx 1/3 of the way down from the top.

All metal work is sterling silver.

Fordite is the name given to many layers of cured paint that builds up in old style spray booths at vehicle factories, the paint gets baked hard in between each layer leading to a durable material that can be cut to show off the many colours. This particular material has come from a transit van line in Ford's Dagenham plant in the 1970's, I'm told that it contains AA yellow and BT yellow as well as British Gas blue (by my dad as I'm not old enough to remember the 70's). I cut this material myself from a dwindling stash, you can see the rough in some of the photos - its not included but if you want me to make you something else drop me a message. Fordite is becoming increasingly hard to source and thanks to more efficient painting processes less is being made so if you love your cars get some of the unique material whilst you can.
