Fun to make! Got to say that I did pull a bit of a crowd with me frantically trying to get across the harbour entrance paddling like mad. Middle-aged mad woman on a paddleboard. Mad woman trying to paddle back with a load of handpicked driftwood. :)

COMPLETELY UNIQUE AND 100% HANDMADE IN GLASS & DRIFTWOOD.

This little ornament is my newest item in my range. It is four cute and colourful fused glass beach huts mounted on driftwood.
The driftwood was harvested by myself from Irvine Beach, Ayrshire. Many times I have stood and looked across the harbour and wanted the drift wood piling up on the inaccessible peninsular. Well, I bought a paddleboard and off I went to get it!
The shells were gathered from Barassie Beach, Ayrshire. These shells were selected for their petit size and colour.
I am hoping that you like the finished piece as much as I enjoyed making it.
Driftwood: length 29.5cm, width 7.5cm, height 5.5cm.
Each Beach Hut approx: width 2.3cm, height 3cm
Total size: length 29.5cm, height 11cm.
