Full description
A tote bag with stylised birds and flowers motifs. This unusual tote bag is made from two fabrics. The upper front of the bag is made from a print canvas fabric with a symmetrically arranged pattern of motifs featuring flowers, eagle-like birds, tree branches and butterflies. The pattern is in lovely warm shades of burnt orange and golden-yellow, with touches of grey, blue and magenta, on a cream background. The lower front of the tote bag, the whole of the back, and the handles are made from a lovely burnt orange fabric with subtle golden yellow detailing in the weave. Below the patterned section of the front, I have added three wooden buttons. The buttons are natural wood colour and are engraved with the words "Handmade with love" and two tiny hearts. The bag is lined with beautiful rich gold satin.
This stylish tote bag is versatile and can be used as a shopping bag or handbag. With its unusual pattern, well-matched fabrics and delightful buttons, it would make a lovely gift.
The measurements of the tote bag are approx. 14 inches (35cm) high x 12.5 inches (32cm) wide x 3 inches (8cm) across the base. The handles are approx. 24 inches (60cm) from end to end, and are of a length that can be worn on the shoulder or carried as a handbag.
