I love cooking, especially baking bread, so I thought that it would be nice to offer this combination: a book that I made for recipes and a book that I wrote about baking bread.

A book of bread recipes is paired here with a book in which to record your own recipes. Quite a combination! The bread-recipe book, written when I was running a micro-bakery, includes the basics of bread making (both yeasted and sourdough) as well as unique and unusual bread recipes for each season. The cork wraparound book has 120 pages of both plain and lined creamy paper to fill with favourite recipes. It is bound in longstitch style which means that the pages open wide and lie flat. It measures 22cm x 16cm
