Covered in beautiful Japanese book cloth in soft green, this little book - with its multi-coloured spine - would make a lovely and unusual gift. It is bound in the style known as Exposed Spine with Coptic binding, which is a style that enables the book to open wide and the pages to lie flat - this is particularly valued by artists and sketchers. It has a front leaf of Japanese Chiyogami paper in a striking design of green and gold, while a small square of lovely handmade paper, also in green and gold ,is inset on the front cover. The book is filled with many pages of good quality plain white paper. It measures 11 x 10 x 3cm
