☆ all the seaglass and pebbles you see in my work has been used as found. Decades of rolling about in the sea has worked its beautiful magic.
☆ your item will be posted using recycled packaging, which isn't incredibly attractive, but it serves its purpose. And anyway, it's what's inside that counts. : )
A gorgeous little knot of driftwood I found on a beach in East Sussex just had to made into this tactile, warm and somehow calming piece of wearable jewellery.
With complementary additions of seaglass, a beach pebble and a textured metal bead, make a perfect combination.

A wonderfully organic and rustic driftwood knot necklace.
A beautifully sea-smoothed knot of wood, coated with a water-based satin wood-varnish, hangs from a fully adjustable oatmeal cotton cord.
There is a smooth, taupe beach pebble, a lovely piece of pine green seaglass and a Tibetan silver ribbed bead threaded onto the cord, just sitting above the driftwood knot.
There are jade glass beads on each cord finale, and the cord length is adjusted by means of a slip knot system.
The maximum length, including the driftwood knot, is 37 inches long.
The knot itself is nearly 6cm long and just over 2cm wide.
It will be carefully wrapped in a lovely little drawstring linen bag.
