For UK orders, Royal Mail Tracked 24 shipping is included at no extra charge.
For orders to USA, orders are shipped Royal Mail International Tracked for a flat rate of £8. Delivery to the USA typically takes around 2-3 weeks. However it can sometimes take a little longer, especially at busy times of year.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Full description
This one-of-a-kind necklace features a handmade ceramic pendant by bead artist Natalie McKenna. The small rectangular pendant has been beautifully glazed in earthy shades of green and brown, and features the motivational quote ‘A Flower Cannot Blossom Without Sunshine’.
Wire wrapped above is a large clear Czech glass Hibiscus flower bead which has a rustic Picasso finish around the edges and in its carved centre.
Below the pendant, I have added a textured Vintaj brass ring along with a pretty cluster of five-petal flowers.
The necklace is simply finished with Vintaj brass ball chain, measuring approximately 25 inches, and is easy to fasten at the back with a sturdy lobster clasp.
