For UK orders, Royal Mail Tracked 24 shipping is included at no extra charge.
For orders to USA, orders are shipped Royal Mail International Tracked for a flat rate of £8. Delivery to the USA typically takes around 2-3 weeks. However it can sometimes take a little longer, especially at busy times of year.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

This whimsical pendant beautifully combines rustic Czech glass beads, antiqued brass, and unique handmade components.
It features a stunning glazed ceramic bird in a delicate shade of lavender, expertly crafted by bead artist Caroline Dewison. The bird is nestled inside an antiqued brass flower bead cap, complemented by a rustic white Czech glass flower.
The pendant is finished with a handmade bird's nest charm, featuring speckled Czech glass rounds encircled by non-tarnish wire.
This one of a kind necklace includes a Vintaj brass chain, decorated with frosted lilac stone rounds, and measures approximately 22 inches. It is fastened with a brass spiral clasp, which can be positioned at the front, back, or side for versatile styling.
