☆ all the seaglass and pebbles you see in my work has been used as found. Decades of rolling about in the sea has worked its beautiful magic.
☆ your item will be posted using recycled packaging, which isn't incredibly attractive, but it serves its purpose. And anyway, it's what's inside that counts. : )
Totally inspired by the contents of the jars of pebbles and seaglass I have.
To make these pleasingly asymmetrical earrings takes careful time and thought to get the balance right.
I can see these worn with anything, dressed up or down. Or pyjamas. Yes, why not.

Unable to visit beaches during lockdown, I rummaged through forgotten jars of loveliness instead, to find inspiration.
A pleasing asymmetrical collection of sea-worn scallop shell fragments, added to smooth taupe beach pebbles, all linked together with stainless steel rings and beads.
There is also a tiny, pale apricot-coloured hag stone on one of the earrings (hag stones are stones with naturally occurring holes in them, caused by water erosion. Said to ward off bad luck, and is considered a powerful protection amulet)
These are not heavy to wear!
They are approximately 6cm long, so nice and swingy.
I collected these bits and pieces from East Sussex and Seaham in Durham.
They hang from stainless steel earwires, which is hypoallergenic and doesn't tarnish.
They will be presented on card, and wrapped in white tissue paper in a lovely little drawstring linen bag.
