My Seahorse Brooch Is intended to give the impression of how this naturally translucent creature looks against a coloured background.
I hand cut the seahorse shape in copper, so you can be sure of a design unique to my work. It is then enamelled in layers on both sides with firings in between, the colourful surface has the details of body and features applied as the final layer. The enamel on the reverse is a mixed colour and gives the Seahorse brooch both strength and durability. It measures approximately 50mm high by 30mm at its widest point. I offer it in a choice of colours and it has silver-plated brooch pin attached. The Seahorse Brooch is presented in a quality card gift box and is sent by Royal Mail ‘Tracked’ postage in a card packaging box for protection.
