Hello and welcome to my Folksy shop! Many of the pieces I make are made to order and the shipping time is a 'worse case scenario' estimate - I will often make and send items quicker than indicated, although things do sometimes slow down at busy times. If you want something urgently, just message me and I'll confirm if I can meet your deadline. Some items over £30 are posted via the 'signed for' Royal Mail service automatically, but if you'd like to make sure you have this on your order, just message me.

Full description
This crescent shaped, lace and beaded knit shawl has been made with a beautifully soft and warm yarn that is a blend of 80% merino wool and 20% cashmere, which is a light double knit weight that gives warmth without weight. The colour is called 'Lemon Citrine' - a fresh and spring like green yellow shade.
The shawl would work in many situations from day to evening and could even be worn as a glamorous scarf, if you wish.
I've hand knit the shawl in a crescent shape, with a deep lace knit section, which is scattered with 300 plus triangular shaped crystal beads that have a honey coloured inner and catch the light beautifully. Each of the 105 picots at the bottom edge of the shawl have a bead set into them too. The yarn I've used is a luxury fibre, hand dyed in small batches by an artisan dyer based in Berkshire, England.
The 'wingspan' of the shawl is 51 inches (129 cm) from tip to tip and it is 14.5 inches (37 cm) deep, at the widest point.
