Hello and welcome to my Folksy shop! Many of the pieces I make are made to order and the shipping time is a 'worse case scenario' estimate - I will often make and send items quicker than indicated, although things do sometimes slow down at busy times. If you want something urgently, just message me and I'll confirm if I can meet your deadline. Some items over £30 are posted via the 'signed for' Royal Mail service automatically, but if you'd like to make sure you have this on your order, just message me.

These cute hedgehogs may be understated in grey, but there's nothing understated about the very bright and cheerful daffodil yellow background! The interior lining is a grape colour and the both of the fabrics I use are medium weight hard wearing cottons, with plenty of body.
I line the outer of the bag with a woven cotton to add even more strength, then I add a layer of soft fleece for padding and structure. Inside the bag, there are 2 yarn guides with metal popper openings and 6" /15cm high pockets all around, which will be useful for organising, storing and carrying a multitude of things. In the photographs, you will see I've loaded mine with some short circular knitting needles in their 4" 10cm wide packages, a dpn holder, a needle gauge, some full length knitting needles, and a roll of 8" dpns at the bottom. I also decided to test out this bag design's 'skeinability' by packing it with skeins from my stash and found that it would happily carry 12! The last photo shows you the measurements of the bag.
The drawstring casings are made with the same cotton as the lining, and the drawstrings themselves are quality woven cotton cord. If you want a bag made with these fabrics to a different size or with different features, just drop me a message and I'll let you know what's possible.
