I am happy to wrap and send gifts direct to recipients with a note - just specify their delivery address when you check out (I use either special delivery or track 24 so you can follow it round the country to the recipient). Full description
These classic drop earrings are given a modern twist by featuring drops of shimmery purple charoite which is bezel set in sterling silver and finished with a post and scroll fitting. Charoite is mid lavender purple, not as dark as amethyst but not a wishy washy purple either, with a natural swirly pattern of internal crystal fibres which catch in the light to give a gentle shimmer effect, the top and bottom sections of the earring are articulated so they can move freely of each other. Its a very pretty alternative to amethyst for those purple fans out there. The tear drop shape of the stone is mimicked by the shape of the top portion of the earring which hides the stud post and they come with a larger size scroll to keep them comfortable and secure in the ear. The top section has a brushed finish rather than super high shine, it looked better with the charoite that way. Charoite comes from near the Charo (or Chara) River in Russia.
Measures 33mm top to bottom by 14mm across (charoite measures 24mm by 13mm) and comes in a sleek black (cardboard) box ready for giving (or keeping).
