This lavender bird sachet in a red floral fabric makes for a perfect little Christmas, birthday, thank you or new home gift and smells lovely! I have made it using a red Cath Kidston cotton duck fabric, 'Camden Flowers', which has retro flowers in muted yellow, white, blue and pink, with green leaves. The pink satin hanging ribbon loop allows the bird to be hung on a door hook, bedpost, or in your wardrobe to scent and freshen clothes.
Filled with lots of lovely lavender grains and polyester stuffing for a firm shape. The scent in the bird lasts a long time; you only need squeeze it to reactivate the scent, or you can add lavender drops if you wish too. I've added a red satin ribbon bow to finish and hand sewn a black embroidery thread eye on each side of the bird's head.
The body of the bird measures 18cm wide (7 inches) and 15cm high (just under 6 inches) and the hanging loop measures 12cm tall (4.75 inches).
