This shop only sells in the UK. I print cards onto a sustainable English acid free, archival watercolour paper, prepared for digital print on both sides, so I can print a custom greeting inside; although cards are blank inside unless you request printed text inside. They are packed in compostable clear bags. Prints are on digital fine art papers. I specialise in hand sewing silk and natural fibres for apparel. I often re-use packaging to send you your orders.

Cream silk Alice band which I covered by hand with100% silk dupion in two padded twists. I lightly scattered the silk with ivory pearl type beads.
I made this luxury bridal headdress a while ago so it could be something old for a wedding. The cream colour silk will tone with neutral coloured wedding dresses or complement a white or ivory gown. This hairband style would also suit a bridesmaid, mother of the bride, a wedding guest, or it could be worn to a party or a festival.
The depth of the head band is about 2 cm (0.75 in) 3.5 cm at front of band and 1.5 cm at the ends of the band (1.25 x 0.5 in)
Length round the bridal headband is approximately 37 cm (14.5 in)
This dupion silk is cream (not ivory). The warp and weft threads are slightly different colours. The photos show the different tones of the cream silk in different lights because the overall colour changes quite dramatically depending on how it catches the light.
