I was temporarily separated from my fabric supplies but I did have my rolls of felt and my threads. On a very cold February day, a summer seaside was a lovely day dream!

A daydream of a summer seaside with tiny lighthouse, boat, sea, gorse, sea pink flowers and a clear blue sky embroidered in miniature on a felt brooch.
The brooch edge is finished with blanket stitch in blue thread. The back is neatened with a layer of felt. The brooch is stiffened with interfacing and a brooch pin is securely stitched in place.
Height - 5.5cm approx
Textile jewellery may not be entirely colour fast. Care should be taken not to get the item wet in use to avoid the risk of colour transfer.
Please note that items from Lynwoodcrafts are intended for adults. This item is unsuitable for children under the age of three years since small parts may represent a choking hazard and it also contains a functional sharp pin.
