I often draw inspiration from my materials and I really liked the effect I could create in the black and white enamels, giving a simple yet strong design. It seemed like a perfect combination with musical notes.

Making a statement about the place of music in your life with this oval-shaped pendant is easy because of the simple, yet strong design. Made in black and white enamels on copper, it would make a great gift for friends and family alike with an interest in music. It measures approximately 40x30mm. The enamel is applied in layers and on both sides of the copper, with firings in the kiln in between. The detail of the notes is in the final layer and the enamel on the reverse gives the pendant strength and durability. The notes vary from one pendant to another and the 'piece of music' on the pendant received may differ from the example pictured. It is suspended from a black cord with silver-plated fastener which I offer in a choice of lengths. It is presented in a gift box and will be sent by Royal Mail 'Tracked’ Delivery in an outer card packaging box for protection.
