Full description
A ceramic owl vase , made by hand from rolled out slabs of clay in my staffordshire studio . I assemble the owl from cut sheets of clay, texture and details are added it is then dried and fired to low temperature. I then glaze the owl, this one is in lovely soft turquoise green and ivory. My ceramics are fired to stoneware temperature. Although this is more ornamental, it does have a small opening in the top and will take a few stems of flowers.
This little vase measures, 140mm tall and 130mm across approx.
