Full description
Hand carved from jelutong and painted with acrylics, this dunlin is mounted on an oyster shell. It has hand coloured glass eyes and is finished to a soft shine with wax. This piece stands 13m tall, 16cm wide and approx 7cm deep. Made from 6cm wood, this bird has a more plump 3D look than many of my other pieces.
