For UK orders, Royal Mail Tracked 24 shipping is included at no extra charge.
For orders to USA, orders are shipped Royal Mail International Tracked for a flat rate of £8. Delivery to the USA typically takes around 2-3 weeks. However it can sometimes take a little longer, especially at busy times of year.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Soft Spring - Wire Wrapped Pendant with Artisan Ceramic Leaf
This lovely necklace features a ceramic leaf pendant, which has been handmade by UK artist Bo Hulley. The leaf is a lovely, soft shade of sage with flecks of bronze.
Above is a rustic speckled palm wood rondelle bead, and a dark copper ring which I have hand wrapped with beautiful natural granite lustre Czech glass beads.
The necklace has an antique copper ball chain, which measures approximately 20 inches, and is fastened at the back with a sturdy copper lobster clasp.
Please note that the chain is not connected to the pendant, and simply slips through the beaded ring allowing the pendant to move freely.
