Buying from me

I will always aim to have your order made within 3-5 days of the order being placed. If you need it any sooner be sure to message and i might be able to make it faster.
I also take custom orders and requests for items, so if you have an idea that you cant see, send me a message, i might be able to design something for you.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
